Chen Zhilei, female, born in June 1973 in Shanghai, master's degree, graduated from Southeast University. In September 2015, she was appointed as the discipline inspection supervisor of the Deputy Department of Publicity Department of the provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection. In October 2018, she served as secretary of Discipline Inspection Committee and member of Party committee of Jiangsu Maritime Institute.
