Miao Keyin, male, born in July 1969, in Rugao, Jiangsu Province, master's degree, professor, graduated from Dalian Maritime University.
Since September 2005, he has successively served as the assistant director of the Department of Navigation Technology, the deputy director of the Department of Navigation Technology, the director of the personnel department and the dean of the School of Navigation Technology at Jiangsu Maritime Institute. In October 2018, he served as vice president and member of the Party committee of Jiangsu Maritime Institute.
He has successively presided over more than 10 vertical and horizontal courses, such as “Research and practice on the education and training plan for maritime talents”, “Research on the strategic countermeasures for the supply side reform of Jiangsu's shipping talents to adapt to the strong province of Jiangsu's shipping industry”, “Practice and exploration on promoting the construction of maritime vocational education culture and improving the professional quality of talents”, edited two teaching materials of “International trade practice” and “Pilotage operation”. Nearly 20 articles have been published in Jiangsu Higher Education, China Navigation, China Work Safety Science and Technology, Vocational Education Forum, Logistics Technology and other national core Chinese journals as well as provincial and ministerial authoritative journals.
