Chen Xiaoqin, female, born in December 1968, in Ezhou City, Hubei Province, master of engineering, professor, graduated from Wuhan Institute of water Transport Engineering and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
Since July 1990, she has successively served as a teacher, head of teaching and research group and deputy director of teaching and research office of Nanjing Shipping School. Since June 2004, she has successively served as the professional leader, librarian, director of development planning office and director of higher education institute of Jiangsu Maritime Institute. July 2013 member of the Party committee and vice president of Jiangsu Maritime Institute.
She has successively presided over more than 10 subjects at or above the provincial level, such as “The policy research on the internationalization of maritime education and training”, “The research on the innovation of talent training mode of higher vocational education”, etc.; presided over the national level “Teaching resource database of maritime technology”, “The internship standard for maritime majors”, and “The excellent courses of Jiangsu port electrical equipment”, etc.; edited, reviewed and participated in five teaching materials; and worked in the electrical industry nearly 20 papers have been published in national core Chinese journals such as application, electronic technology application and provincial and ministerial authoritative journals. She has been awarded as the outstanding backbone teacher of Jiangsu blue project and the outstanding communist party member of Jiangsu university. In 2013, she won the May 1st Labor Medal of Jiangsu Province, the special prize of Jiangsu teaching achievement in 2017, and the second prize of national teaching achievement in 2018.
