Tian Naiqing, male, born in May 1963, in Siyang County, Jiangsu Province, master of engineering, researcher, graduated from Nanjing Maritime School, Dalian Maritime University and Shanghai Maritime University.
Since January 1987, he has successively served as a teacher, deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee, Secretary of the Youth League Committee, section chief of the students' section, deputy director of the academic affairs office, director of the learning and engineering department, secretary of the Party branch and director of the recruitment office, director of the president's office and secretary of the Party branch of the organization, director of the president's office and chief of the personnel section of Nanjing Maritime School.
