Wang Weibing, male, born in June 1963, Tongcheng, Anhui Province, bachelor's degree, associate researcher, graduated from Nanjing Shipping School and Nanjing Normal University.
Since August 1983, he has successively served as the Key Member of the Youth League Committee, the Secretary of the Youth League Committee, the chief of the catering section, the chief of the publicity section, the director of the office and the chief of the personnel section of Nanjing Shipping School; in June 2004, he was appointed as the director of the personnel department of Jiangsu Maritime Institute (elected as a member of the Party Committee of JMI in May 2008); in January 2011, he was appointed as the Secretary of the General Party Branch of the Department of Ship and Port Engineering; in July 2013, he was appointed as the party chief of Jiangsu Maritime Institute Member of the committee, vice president; Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Jiangsu Maritime Institute in October 2018.
In 1995, he was awarded the title of Advanced Individual by Nanjing Shipping School; in 2001, he was awarded the title of “Excellent Educator” by Nanjing city; in 2002, he was awarded the title of Top 10 Advanced Individuals by Nanjing Shipping School; in 2004, he was awarded the title of Excellent Communist Party Member by Jiangsu Maritime Institute. In 2005, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2011 and 2012, he was rated as the excellent middle-level cadre of JMI
