Wan Jian, male, born in December 1968, Haian, Jiangsu Province, doctor of land resource management, researcher, graduated from Nanjing Agricultural University. Since 1991, he has served as a counselor, secretary of the General League Branch, director of the admissions office of the student office, deputy director of the publicity department of the Party committee, secretary of the League Committee, and director of the publicity department of the Party committee of Nanjing Agricultural University. In April 2014, he was the president and deputy secretary of the Party committee of Nantong Vocational College of Science and Technology. In October 2018, he was the President and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Jiangsu Maritime Institute.
In recent years, he has successively presided over and completed the research projects of Jiangsu University Party Construction Research Association, Jiangsu university philosophy and social science research key topic, Jiangsu education science 12th Five Year Plan key topic, Jiangsu Education Department education reform key topic and so on. He has published nearly 20 articles in China's Higher Education, Vocational Education Forum, Library and Information Work, China's Rural Economy, Higher Agricultural Education, China Education Daily, Science Daily and Farmers Daily.
